6X6 PROJECT Arts Auction & Fundraiser
Raue Center’s 6×6 PROJECT fundraiser and online art auction/exhibition celebrates another year of supporting arts with Art! All proceeds benefit Raue Center’s fine arts education programs, Mission Imagination and Raue Center School For The Arts, which have been enriching the lives of over 20,000 kids a year in the local community since 2001.
Artists of all ages and abilities participated by creating original works of art in a variety of mediums, on 6×6” canvases. Since their inaugural event in 2019, 6×6 Project has raised over $112,000 for MI and RCSA, with canvases coming from around the nation!
Bidding begins at $35 per canvas with all proceeds benefitting Raue Center’s fine arts education programs, Mission Imagination and Raue Center School For The Arts.
Artists and the public are invited to our FREE in-person Reception on June 27, 2026, from 5:30 – 8 pm at Raue Center For The Arts, 26 N Williams Street, Crystal Lake, IL 60014. See the artwork in person and mix, mingle, enjoy some tasty treats, and bid! Bidding ends at 8 pm on June 27th.
Awards & Prizes!
- Kids Gallery for artists 12 and under – will be displayed in a separate grouping at the reception. All kids’ art will be part of the regular online auction.
- Special recognition for “best” art – chosen by the 6×6 PROJECT committee (Kids gallery, too).
- People’s Choice Award (reception attendees vote for their favorites).
- Awards and prizes will be presented at the reception on June 27th.

All winning bidders will be notified that they won at the close of the auction. During checkout and payment for your winning bids, you MUST select a fulfillment option –
Art Pickup at Raue Center OR Shipping (no charge).
NOTE: Art Pickup will be on July 2 and July 3 from noon to 4pm. By picking up your art winnings it allows us to save on shipping expenses which continue to increase.
